For a sponsorship fee of $7,000, ASI Conference Sponsors receive the benefits listed below:

Exhibit Space in Conference Hall
Each sponsor is provided with a six-foot table in the dining area. During each of the scheduled breaks and meals, sponsors are able to demo products and speak one-on-one with resellers who visit their exhibit space. Premium table space is provided to Platinum Sponsors who choose to support one of these special events.

Guaranteed Meetings with Resellers
Resellers look forward to winning prizes in Sponsor Bingo, but to play this game they must first collect a signature from each of the sponsors exhibiting at the conference. This requirement guarantees a visit to your exhibit space from every reseller who wants a chance to win prizes. Sponsors who donate prizes gain increased visibility, as they will be introduced to the crowd when the Bingo winners are announced.

Opportunity to Network in Informal Settings
ASI hosts a variety of fun events for our resellers including an Awards Dinner and a Closing Night Cocktail Party. Sponsors are encouraged to attend these events which provide an informal setting for building important business relationships.

Online Advertising that promotes YOUR products
Each sponsor of the 2014 Reseller Conference may post a full page ad on ASI’s Dealer Services website which is accessed by most of our resellers on a daily basis. The sponsor page will remain active from Q4 2014 thru Q4 2015. In other words, your Sponsor Page converts sponsorship of a single event into a year long advertising campaign targeting an important market: the entire ASI Reseller Network. Your Logo Displayed on Conference Posters & Website
Sponsor logos are displayed on the conference website as well as on event posters and collateral. However, to receive this benefit, a jpeg of your logo must be sent to design@actionsystems.com prior to December 5, 2014.

Pre & Post-Conference Emails to promote YOUR products
ASI will send two emails to our entire reseller network that includes a link to your online ad described above.

Distribution of Branded Gifts
Sponsors are invited to provide branded gifts for resellers that visit their booth. Popular items provided last year included a USB flash drive, a retractable network cable, pens, paper and other assorted items.

Platinum Sponsors

By sponsoring both the conference itself and one of these special events, Platinum Sponsors receive the added benefits listed below:

• The opportunity to privately host a special activity.
• Platinum Sponsors will work directly with event coordinators, to plan an enjoyable activity that reflects their corporate culture
• Preferred placement on the conference website
• A premium location for their exhibit table
• A waiver of the standard $200 fee for electricity and internet
