Conference Logistics

Sponsors are must complete this form and email it to Summer Savik by January 5, 2015 so the hotel knows to expect your equipment shipments. Storage fees are detailed on the form.

Electricity & Internet

Please indicate on the main registration form whether or not you will need electricity and internet access at your display table. Platinum Sponsors receive these services at no charge while Gold Sponsors are invoiced separately for service.
