Hotel Reservations

For your convenience, ASI has contracted room blocks and negotiated preferred rates at the conference venue. The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is offering a special discounted rate of $209 per night for ASI Conference attendees. We encourage you to book your rooms through the hotel website. To take advantage of the discounted rate please book by December 14, 2014. You are also free to book your room at the Westin through other means (e.g. Orbitz, Hotels.com, etc.) should you find a better rate.

Important Note:
ASI is contracted for a significant room block commitment at the Westin in order to keep prices low and availability high for conference attendees. It is important that you book your room AT THE WESTIN SAN DIEGO GASLAMP QUARTER to help ASI keep these commitments and ensure that we'll be able to provide a variety of affordable room options at future events.

Shipping & Handling

Sponsors are responsible for coordinating their shipping requirements with the hotel. If you will require shipping, click on the link below to download the Exhibitor Information Form. Once you have filled out the form, please email it to Summer Savik at summer.savik@westin.com.

Please note that The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter will only accept packages within 3 days of the conference dates. If you require storage exceeding 3 days, a $25 per item/day fee will be added.

In Room Internet

ASI has arranged for courtesy in-room internet during your stay at the Westin.

Conference Attire

Attire for sessions and special events will be business casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
