NOTE: ACME POS discounts our Annual Service Plans by $40/month for merchants who process credit cards with one of our Preferred Processing Partners, Payment Logistix or Mercury.

Clients who don’t pay a monthly service fee for phone & remote support should have their credit card ready when placing a call and may choose whether to pay the hourly fees below or to pay for “On-the-Spot Enrollment” in one of our “bundled” Service Plans.

  • Hourly Fees for Phone & Remote Support (waived for clients enrolled in a service plan)
  • $150/half hour………Phone & Remote Support during business hours (9 to 5 / M - F)
  • $200/half hour………Emergency After Hours Phone Support
  • $350/hour……………..Emergency On-site Support (only available to non-current customers 9 to 5 / M - F)
