Passwords may be changed as often as desired and a special password configuration screen
allows you to decide which password level to apply to each function. For added security,
each employee can be issued a magnetic card (badge). In order to access the
system, they must first swipe their card. Magnetic card readers avoid the possibility of employees
learning other employees passwords.
For the ultimate in security, Restaurant Manager also offers
fingerprint recognition. With fingerprint recognition, the money
saved in early clock-ins and late clock-outs will pay for the system
many times over.
PC Based (Open Architecture): Because Restaurant Manager runs on IBM
PC compatibles, you benefit from LOW hardware and maintenance costs.
